As a Senior Sales Manager– Groups Travel, he leads and develops the Groups Team. His primary responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic key account management plans to increase revenue and ensure client retention. He is tasked to build effective relationship to maintain client partnership. Moreover, he is responsible in managing Groups operators, assistants, processes and department needs, which includes providing direction and motivation to staff regarding all processes. He ensures smooth, reliable and profitable planning and operations so that he can build and expand our client base as well as provide support in the day-to-day tasks and longer-term plans.
He came from Stanford with more than seven years of experience. Having served the MICE & Groups department for a long time, he is an expert in negotiating with the suppliers and hotels, as well as managing and organizing the MICE program.
